Mr. Quattrociocchi is a mechanical engineer with over 45 years experience in business development, manufacturing, and sales management. Much of his expertise stems from his role as managing director of CAPP Associates Ltd.; a very successful computer based systems automation company. CAPP primarily focused on improving operational performance for the wholesale plumbing and electrical distribution suppliers as well as in the aftermarket automotive parts sector.
Mr. O’Bireck has been a Control Systems Engineer for 36 years, as well as being heavily involved in the sales and marketing coordination and execution at various companies. He has served as Vice President at three engineering services firms, as well as holding various positions, such as Vice President of Sales, Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Advanced Product Development at various public and private companies. Mr. O’Bireck works with each company in the Sparta Group portfolio to help manage specific projects and processes.
Mr. Marshall is currently Director – Business Relationships, Eastern Canada at Verico Financial Group Inc., Canada’s largest mortgage broker network. Prior thereto, Mr. Marshall served as Vice President, Ontario & Western Canada at Mortgage Intelligence.
Mr. Leon is currently the President, Chief Financial Officer and a Director of Ethema Health Corporation, a U.S. publicly traded Healthcare Corporation based in Delray Beach, Florida. Mr. Leon has been an independent business man for over 35 years and brings a wealth of experience in the areas of systems marketing and real estate development, and has been the principal owner of various industrial and commercial developments.
Mr. Patterson was a partner in one of the major international public accounting firms. Subsequently, he has focused his professional career servicing the needs of entrepreneurial-based businesses in many leadership capacities including providing audit, accounting, tax and advisory services to both public and private companies.
Prior to joining Sparta Mr. Carleton practiced corporate and securities law in Calgary after earning his Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria. He advises Sparta, its subsidiaries and Board of Directors on a variety of legal issues and matters of corporate governance.
